I grew up within the magic of seeing my father and my uncle putting a blank paper in a tray with liquid and seeing it turned into an image and sitting by my grandfather’s side listening to his “war stories”. Once I became older and started to walk the streets alone, I realised that the world was full of amazing unique stories that I could capture on images and thus share them with others like my grandfather had done with me.
Since that day, very little has changed for me. To this day, I walk the world, I listen to people’s stories, I capture them in moving images and share them with everyone.
What I enjoy most of the art of filmmaking is the collaboration process that takes place when a group of people get together with a common goal. It’s a very human experience!
